TINGKAT KONDISI FISIK ATLET ATLETIK DI PUSLATKAB KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2022 BERDASARKAN GENDER

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet atletik putra dan putri di Puslatkab Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 dalam rangka persiapan PORDA. Kondisi fisik dalam penelitian ini pada kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), power lengan (shocken test), kelentukan (sit and reach), power tungkai (triple hope), dan daya tahan (VO2 Max). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet atletik di Puslatkab Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 berjumlah 33 atlet, dengan rincian 20 atlet putra dan 13 atlet putri. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu total sampling. Instrumen kondisi fisik dalam penelitian ini yaitu kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), power lengan (shocken test), kelentukan (sit and reach), power tungkai (triple hope), dan daya tahan (VO2 Max) (bleep test). Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kondisi fisik atlet atletik putra di Puslatkab Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 untuk kecepatan rata-rata 4,61 detik, power lengan rata-rata 6,27 meter, kelentukan rata-rata 41,35 cm, power tungkai rata-rata 6,13 meter, dan daya tahan (VO2 Max) rata-rata 44,03 ml/kg/min. (2) Kondisi fisik atlet atletik putri di Puslatkab Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 untuk kecepatan rata-rata 5,29 detik, power lengan rata-rata 5,99 meter, kelentukan rata- rata 39,58 cm, power tungkai rata- rata 4,93 meter, dan daya tahan (VO2 Max) rata- rata 38,85 ml/kg/min
